Grown on 30 hectares of vineyards, planted on chalky/clay soils. The average age of the vines is approximately 30 years, adding to the wine’s complexity.

Rich, plush black fruits and a hint of herbal mintiness on the nose. More dark fruit and herbs on the ripe, full-bodied palate with grippy yet well-integrated tannins on the finish. A great match with Lancashire hot-pot, beef daube and roast lamb.
