We apologise in advance for any damaged items you receive from us.
In the unlikely case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us indicating your concern within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please attach pictures of the damaged bottle to the email. We will respond to you within 24 hours and will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
We cannot change or refund you for unwanted items that you have already received, we can only replace bottles damaged upon arrival. We cannot validate a claim unless the above criteria has been met.
On the very rare occasion that you receive an incorrect item in your order, we will do our best to rectify the error. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and send out the correct item. Should you wish to keep the incorrect item, we may issue a nominal refund as a goodwill gesture.
