The Perfect Serve

Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice, combine 3 drops bitters, 50ml gin and 1 teaspoon granulated sugar and shake until mixed. Strain into a glass over ice. Squeeze orange peel over the glass and add a curl to the glass for garnish.
