Luna de Murviedro is a refreshingly red-berried, 0% alcohol Spanish sparkling rosé. Serve as an aperitif, with seafood and paella, or just a (low-key) celebration!

Production

A blend of red grape varieties from south-east Spain, which are macerated, and then undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place in tank, until reaching 4-5 bar. Then the wine is de-alcoholised by the spinning cones method, allowing the wine to retain aromas and structure.

Tasting Notes

Fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. On the palate vibrant red berry fruit is balanced by a creamy mousse giving a soft, ripe and appealing finish.
